We will arrange for your parcel to be delivered to the delivery address indicated on your order.

 

We only deliver to the mainland UK as standard – if you live elsewhere, please contact us via e-mail admin@puzzleandplay.co.uk BEFORE placing your order

 

 

We send all our products via the Royal Mail Recorded Signed for service - our standard delivery charge is just £3.95 and there is no delivery charge for orders over £45.

 

We aim to deliver within 5-7 working days of receiving your order but if you need a faster service, please indicate your preference in the special instructions box during the checkout process and we will do our very best to get your parcel to you sooner.

 

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we guarantee to despatch all products within 30 days of receipt of a cleared payment.

 

If you would like to collect your order in person, please let us know by using the special instructions box during the checkout process. We will then contact you via phone or e-mail to arrange a convenient collection time and we'll refund any charge made for postage when the goods are collected.
